Seriously. But our lawyers do, so here's the actual stuff, terms, privacy, and how the BAC numbers work.
Privacy
We store the data you log, drinks, sessions, body stats, friend connections, to make the app work. That's it. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or feed it to a model. Your sessions are visible only to you and the friends you invite.
What we collect
Account email (for sign-in), profile info you enter (name, avatar, body stats), drink logs, and a push token if you allow notifications. Anonymous crash reports, no behavioural tracking.
BAC estimates
BAC numbers are estimates from the Widmark formula, not medical measurements. Don't use them to decide if you can drive. The app is not a substitute for a breathalyser, a doctor, or common sense.
Terms
Use the app for tracking your own drinking. Don't abuse the API, harass other users, or pretend to be someone else. We can suspend accounts that do. The service is provided "as is", no warranties, no guarantees of uptime.
Your data, your call
Delete your account from Profile and everything goes with it. Email hello@idrinkalot.app for data exports or anything else.
Drink responsibly
If tracking turns into a problem instead of a tool, talk to someone. The app is designed to help you stay aware, not to compete with yourself.
